Common questions
Can Aura recover my wallet?
No. Aura does not hold your keys or maintain an account that can be reset. Recovery depends on the backup you created.
What should I include in a support request?
Describe the screen, the action you took, the app version, and the exact error message. Screenshots are useful only after confirming they contain no recovery phrase, private key, extended private key, or other secret.
Electrum connection problems
Check your network, try the default server again, or configure another Electrum server you trust. Never paste wallet secrets into a server configuration field.
Report a bug
Use GitHub issues for ordinary reproducible bugs. Use private reporting for sensitive security findings.
